Pricing is determined by the complexity of the design and is inclusive of my design time, baking, and packaging. The minimum for all orders is 2 dozen. Please see the pricing guide and FAQ section below for more detailed information.

What are the ingredients in your cookies?

River & Birch signature cookies are almond vanilla sugar cookies decorated in royal icing. Each batch is baked fresh with quality ingredients.
Specifically, pure almond and vanilla extract, all purpose flour, granulated sugar, premium unsalted butter, salt, baking powder, eggs, meringue powder, and powdered sugar.

Can you accommodate allergies?

As my cookies are baked with eggs, butter, and flour, I am unable to accommodate those allergy restrictions, but I can replace the almond extract with vanilla or imitation almond extract, if specifically requested. Please let me know any allergy restrictions at the time your order is placed.

Do you have a mimimum order requirement?

Yes, two dozen cookies is the order minimum and I request a 50% deposit at the time an order is placed.

How far in advance do I need to order?

I request orders be placed at least two weeks in advance, but seasonal and high volume times of year may require more time. I am only able to accept a limited number of orders each week, so spots fill up quickly.

How are orders packaged?

All cookies are individually bagged and heat sealed for freshness. They are then packaged in a bakery box. Additional packing options including bows and custom packaging to match your event are available for a fee.

Can you do corporate logos?

Yes, I am happy to accommodate corporate clients! When we discuss your order I will look at the requested logo to determine complexity and pricing.

How long will my cookies stay fresh?

Each cookie is individually bagged and heat sealed. This keeps cookies fresh for up to 2 weeks. I recommend you keep them sealed, at room temperature, until you are ready to serve them. Do not place in the refrigerator, as condensation may develop and ruin the icing detail. However, they may be placed in an air-tight container and frozen for up to two months, if you wish. When thawing, remove them from the freezer the night before your event and let them thaw overnight. It is important to leave them inside the air-tight container until completely thawed.

Where are your cookies made?

All cookies are made in my home kitchen, operating under Florida Cottage Food Law.

Can you ship your cookies?

My cookies are for local pick-up only, in the Jacksonville area. I am unable to ship my cookies due to the Cottage Food Law.

How do I place an order?

Visit the Order section of my website. In your order request, please include event type, event date, number of cookies needed, level of detail wanted, desired colors/designs. Include any photos of inspiration, invitations, etc., so that I may provide an accurate quote.
