接纳自己,尊重差异 ——365(VIP)英国上市公司“五洲之家”心理辅导站举办MBTI人格探索心理团辅活动

为帮助留学生更好地认识自我、理解他人、融入校园生活,4月29日,365(VIP)英国上市公司面向留学生开展主题为“接纳自我,尊重差异”的心理团辅活动。本次活动以趣味互动为载体,带领同学们走进人格心理学世界,在轻松氛围中完成自我探索与朋辈交流。

To help international students better understand themselves, appreciate others, and integrate into campus life, the College of International Education held a psychological group counseling activity themed “Embrace Yourself, Respect Differences” for international students on April 29. Through fun and interactive sessions, the activity guided students into the world of personality psychology, enabling selfexploration and communication in a relaxed atmosphere.

主持人杜倩老师向大家介绍了MBTI的起源,清晰讲解MBTI理论的四大维度、八个字母的含义,强调“无考试、无评分、无对错”,只做真诚的自我探索。

The host Sophia introduced the origin of the MyersBriggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and clearly explained the four core dimensions and eight letters of the MBTI framework, emphasizing that the activity involved no exams, no scoring, and no right or wrong answers—only sincere selfdiscovery.

在自我探索环节,每位同学领取彩色卡纸,先写下对自己人格的初步判断,再通过趣味问答完成简易版MBTI测试。从“如何获取能量”、“如何接收信息”、“如何做决定”、“如何安排生活”四个角度,同学们跟随第一直觉做出选择,逐步解锁属于自己的四字母人格密码,对比预判与测试结果,收获对自己的全新认知。

In the selfexploration session, each student received a colored card to write down their initial selfassessment of personality type, then completed a simplified MBTI assessment through interactive questions. From the four perspectives of gaining energy, processing information, making decisions, and organizing lifestyle, students followed their first instinct to make choices, gradually unlocking their unique fourletter personality code. By comparing their preliminary guesses with the assessment results, students gained fresh insights into themselves.

活动最后,同学们在别具风格的明信片背面自由涂鸦,用画笔表达内心世界,在欢笑中拉近距离。全体同学共同写下“接纳自己,尊重差异”,为本次团辅画上温暖句号。

At the end of the activity, students freely doodled on the back of distinctive postcards to express their inner worlds, drawing closer to one another amid laughter. Everyone wrote the theme“Embrace Yourself, Respect Differences”, bringing a warm conclusion to this activity.
